Registered Provisional Psychologist #P6191
Kathryn Conway
Kathryn, a Master of Counselling Psychology intern, brings a unique blend of experience as both a classroom teacher and counselling practicum student. Her years of teaching in specialized and mainstream classrooms with the Calgary Board of Education have equipped her with a deep understanding of children’s diverse needs, including neurodivergent learners such as those with autism and ADHD, students with learning disabilities, and gifted students. Her focus has always been on helping each child reach their full potential and experience success.
Kathryn has worked as a Vocational Consultant, a role typically reserved for registered psychologists. In this position, she analyzed how physical disability, chronic pain, and emotional functioning affect an individual’s daily life and vocational potential. She contributed to treatment recommendations and assisted in preparing expert vocational consultant reports for use in the legal system. This experience strengthened her ability to integrate clinical knowledge into complex, real-world contexts.
Kathryn’s counselling approach is client-centred, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming, supporting children, teens, and adults. Many families connect with her for insight around learning needs, ADHD, autism, and school-related stress. In her work with children, she frequently uses play-based counselling and caregiver coaching to ensure strategies carry into home and school. Adults may seek support with life challenges and changes, depression, anxiety, and coping with difficult or traumatic situations.
Across all age groups, Kathryn’s approach is consistently client-centred, trauma-informed, and somatic-based. Her approach is evidence-informed and collaborative, where she sets clear goals and takes small steps between sessions, ensuring that her clients make helpful strategies stick.
Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her family, her pets, reading, and caring for her extensive plant collection.

Michelle Eves
(She/Her)
Michelle Eves is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and has over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through a wide range of life challenges. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship, and that therapy is a collaborative journey—one where clients are met with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for their lived experiences.
Michelle practices from a trauma-informed and attachment-focused lens, recognizing how early experiences, relationships, and the nervous system shape how we move through the world. She integrates Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Emotion-Focused Therapy and somatic-based practices to support healing at both emotional and nervous-system levels. Her goal is to help clients develop a deep sense of safety within themselves, build self-awareness, and gently process experiences that may feel overwhelming or stuck.
At the heart of Michelle’s work is a commitment to walking alongside clients as they move toward growth and meaningful change. She strives to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, seen, and accepted, and where therapy is something done with clients, not to them. Her work emphasizes not only processing and insight, but also helping clients integrate this growth into their day-to-day lives, so change feels meaningful, practical, and sustainable beyond the therapy room.
In addition to her clinical work, Michelle provides clinical supervision for Provisional Psychologists. She is deeply passionate about supporting therapists in their own professional journeys, offering supervision that is thoughtful, collaborative, and attuned. Michelle focuses not only on skill development and ethical practice but also on helping supervisees grow in confidence, self-trust, and presence as therapists. She values supervision as a space for reflection, curiosity, and support, and strives to foster growth in both clinical competence and professional identity.
Outside of her work, Michelle can often be found goofing around with her kids and spending time outdoors. Whether it’s skiing in the winter or splashing at the lake in the summer, she values being active, present, and connected in simple, meaningful ways.
